Terms of Sale: Cash Only, said goods and chattels were appraised at TWENTY FOUR THOUSAND DOLLARS AND NO CENTS, $24,000.00 and cannot be sold for less than two thirds that amount which is SIXTEEN THOUSAND DOLLARS AND NO CENTS . Storage of the home at the CAMELOT MHC LLC must be arranged with the plaintiff, CAMELOT MHC LLC prior to the Sheriff’s Sale.
