Terms of Sale: Cash Only, said goods and chattels were appraised at FOURTEEN THOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED DOLLARS AND NO CENTS, $14,700.00 and cannot be sold for less than two thirds that amount which is TWO THOUSAND FOUR HUNDRED FIFTY DOLLARS AND NO CENTS . Storage of the home at the ROBIN MOBILE HOME PARKS INC. must be arranged with the plaintiff, ROBIN MOBILE HOME PARKS INC prior to the Sheriff’s Sale.
