Amount of Judgment (1) for Property Taxes: $12,784.00; (2) Judgment for Manufactured Home Taxes: $135.00; (2) for Court Costs: $3,295.57; "MINIMUM BID": $16,214.57

Zuchowski, Sheriff of Portage County, Ohio, will sell the parcel and manufactured home, at public auction, for cash, to the highest bidder of an amount that equals at least $16,214.57 for the property identified as permanent parcel 29-117-00-00-005-000, and 1964 Windsor manufactured home at the Portage County Justice Center, 8240 Infirmary Road, Ravenna, Ohio 44266 on 6TH day of NOVEMBER, 2023 at 11:00 am. If any property does not receive a sufficient bid, it shall be offered for sale, under the same terms and conditions as the first sale and at the same time of day and at the same place, on the 20TH day of NOVEMBER, 2023, for an amount that equals at least $16,214.57.
