Whereas, Judgment of Foreclosure has been rendered against a certain parcel of real property for taxes, assessments, charges, penalties, interest, and costs as follows:

Description: SITUATED IN THE TOWNSHIP OF MANTUA, COUNTY OF PORTAGE, AND STATE OF OHIO:
KNOWN AS BEING LOT NO. TWENTY-ONE (21) IN AURORA MEADOWS SUBDIVISION NO. 1 AS THE SAME IS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK NO. 10, PAGE 40 OF PORTAGE COUNTY RECORDS.

Whereas, such Judgment orders such real property to be sold by the undersigned to satisfy the total amount of the Judgments;
Now, therefore, public notice is hereby given that I, Bruce D. Zuchowski, Sheriff of Portage County, Ohio, will sell each parcel, at public auction, for cash, to the highest bidder of an amount that equals at least $9,333.40 for the property, at the Portage County Justice Center, 8240 Infirmary Road, Ravenna, Ohio 44266 on 16th day of OCTOBER, 2023 at 11:00 am. If any parcel does not receive a sufficient bid, it shall be offered for sale, under the same terms and conditions and at the same place on the 30TH day of OCTOBER 2023, for an amount that equals at least $9,333.40 for the property.
PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT ALL SUCH REAL PROPERTY TO BE SOLD AT PUBLIC AUCTION MAY BE SUBJECT TO A FEDERAL TAX LIEN THAT MAY NOT BE EXTINGUISHED BY THE SALE.
TERMS OF SALE: CASH
A deposit of 10% of your bid is required from third party purchasers at the time of sale. Conveyance and Recording Fees are required from all bidders at the time of sale. The balance of the purchase price shall be paid within thirty (30) days after the date the confirmation is filed with the clerk.
