Ditech Financial, LLC, Plaintiff vs. The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Legatees, Executors, Administrators, Spouses and Assigns and the Unknown Guardians of Minor and/or Incompetent Heirs of Richard P. Eicher, et al., Defendants.
The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Legatees, Executors, Administrators, Spouses and Assigns and the Unknown Guardians of Minor and/or Incompetent Heirs of Richard P. Eicher, whose last known addresses are 6198 Saint Andrews Way, Ravenna, OH 44266, will take notice that on November 13, 2017, Ditech Financial, LLC, filed its Answer, Counterclaim and Cross-Claim in the Common Pleas Court of Portage County, Ohio, being Case No. 2017 CV 00864, alleging that the Defendants, Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Legatees, Executors, Administrators, Spouses and Assigns and the Unknown Guardians of Minor and/or Incompetent Heirs of Richard P. Eicher, have or claim to have an interest in the real estate described below:
Premises commonly known as 6198 St. Andrews Way, Ravenna, Ohio 44266.
Permanent Parcel Number: 11-317-10-00-008-000.
The Plaintiff further alleges that by reason of default in the payment of the promissory note, according to its tenor, the conditions of a concurrent mortgage deed given to secure the payment of said note and conveying the premises described, have been broken and the same has become absolute.
The Plaintiff demands that the Defendants named above be required to answer and set up their interest in said real estate or be forever barred from asserting the same, for foreclosure of said mortgage, the marshaling of any liens, and the sale of said real estate, and the proceeds of said sale applied to the payment of Plaintiff's claim in the proper order of its priority and for such other and further relief as is just and equitable.
Said above named Defendants will further take notice that their required to answer the Complaint on or before February 2, 2018.
