Whereas, such Judgment orders such real property and personal property to be sold together by the undersigned to satisfy the total amount of the Judgment;

Now, therefore, public notice is hereby given that I, BRUCE D. ZUCHOWSKI, Sheriff of Portage County, Ohio, will sell said parcel, at public auction, for cash, to the highest bidder of an amount that equals at least $70,158.75 for the property identified as permanent parcel number(s): 31-305-20-00-055- 000 at the Portage County Justice Center, 8240 Infirmary Road, Ravenna, Ohio 44266, on the 28TH day of AUGUST, 2023 at 11 a.m./p.m.

TERMS OF SALE: CASH

A deposit of 10% of your bid is required from third party purchasers at the time of sale. Conveyance and Recording Fees are required from all bidders at the time of sale. The balance of the purchase price shall be paid within thirty (30) days after the date the confirmation is filed with the clerk.
