LEGAL NOTICE
In the Court of Common Pleas, 203 West Main Street, Ravenna, Portage County, Ohio.
Case No. 2023 CV 00426.
Brad Cromes, Portage County Treasurer, Plaintiff vs. The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Legatees, Administrators, Executors, Spouses, Next of Kin and Assigns, and The Unknown Guardians of Minor and/or Incompetent Heirs of Rita Mae Hrivnak, et al., Defendants.
The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Legatees, Administrators, Executors, Spouses, Next of Kin and Assigns, and The Unknown Guardians of Minor and/or Incompetent Heirs of Rita Mae Hrivnak; and The Unknown Tenants, Unknown Occupants, and/or Unknown Parties In Possession Under Any Claim, whose addresses cannot with the exercise of reasonable diligence be ascertained, and upon whom service of summons cannot be had in the State of Ohio, will take notice that on May 31, 2023, Brad Cromes, Portage County Treasurer, Plaintiff, filed a Complaint in the Common Pleas Court of Portage County, Ohio, being case number 2023 CV 00426 to foreclose the lien for land taxes and the lien for manufactured home taxes, as well as assessments, and penalties on each, more specifically, on permanent parcel number: 29-117-00-00-005-000 and a 1964 Windsor manufactured home. These liens represent delinquent real estate taxes, assessments, penalties, and interest on the following described real estate and delinquent manufactured home taxes, assessments, penalties, and interest on the following described manufactured home:
