Bryan Eggleston aka Bryan E. Eggleston aka Bryan Eggelston, Eggleston's Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Legatees and Assigns, whose last places of residence are unknown and whose present places of residence are unknown, will take notice that on February 27, 2023, Nationstar Mortgage LLC dba Mr. Cooper, as Plaintiff, filed its Complaint against them in the Common Pleas Court of Summit County, Ohio, being Case No. 2023 CV 00167 seeking foreclosure and alleging that the Defendants, Bryan Eggleston aka Bryan E. Eggleston aka Bryan Eggelston, Eggleston's Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Legatees and Assigns, have or may claim to have an interest in the real estate located at 9117 N. Main St., Windham, OH 44288 and as Parcel Number: 41-056-00-00-035-0000. A complete legal description of the property may be obtained from the Portage County Auditor's Office, located at 449 S. Meridian Street, 5th Floor, Ravenna, OH 44266. 

You are required to answer the publication within 28 days after the last publication of this Notice, which will be published once per week for six consecutive weeks, and the last publication will be made on May 12, 2023.

In the case of your failure to answer or respond as permitted by the Ohio Civil Rules within the time stated, a judgment by default will be rendered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
