Whereas, such Judgment orders such real property to be sold by the undersigned to satisfy the total amount of the Judgments;
Now, therefore, public notice is hereby given that I, Bruce D. Zuchowski, Sheriff of Portage County, Ohio, will sell each parcel, at public auction, for cash, to the highest bidder of an amount that equals at least $9,579.32 for the property identified as permanent parcel 23-015-00-00-019-000; an amount that equals at least $15,418.61 for the property identified as permanent parcel and 23-015-00-00-020-000; at the Portage County Justice Center, 8240 Infirmary Road, Ravenna, Ohio 44266 on 27th day of February, 2023 at 11:00 am. If any parcel does not receive a sufficient bid, it shall be offered for sale, under the same terms and conditions and at the same place on the 13th day of March, 2023, for an amount that equals at least $9,579.32 for the property identified as permanent parcel 23-015-00-00-019-000; an amount that equals at least $15,418.61 for the property identified as permanent parcel and 23-015-00-00-020-000.
PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT ALL SUCH REAL PROPERTY TO BE SOLD AT PUBLIC AUCTION MAY BE SUBJECT TO A FEDERAL TAX LIEN THAT MAY NOT BE EXTINGUISHED BY THE SALE.
TERMS OF SALE: CASH
A deposit of 10% of your bid is required from third party purchasers at the time of sale. Conveyance and Recording Fees are required from all bidders at the time of sale. The balance of the purchase price shall be paid within thirty (30) days after the date the confirmation is filed with the clerk.
