In the Court of Common Pleas, 203 West Main Street, Ravenna, Portage County, Ohio.

Case No. 2022 CV 00518.

Citizens Bank, NA, etc., Plaintiff vs. The Unknown Spouse, etc., if any, of Reynaldo McLat, etc., et al., Defendants.

To the Defendants the unknown spouse, creditors, executors, executrices, administrators, heirs at law, next of kin, devisees, legatees, and/ or assigns and their spouses, executors, executrices, administrators, heirs at law, next of kin, devisees, legatees and/or assigns of Reynaldo McLat, aka Rey McLat whose present residence is unknown and cannot with reasonable diligence be ascertained:

Plaintiff has brought this action naming you as a defendant in the above-named Court by filing its Complaint on the 18th day of July, 2022.

The object of the Complaint is to foreclose the equity of redemption under two (2) mortgages against the property located at 1061 Williams Avenue, Ravenna, Ohio 44266

Parcel No. 31-306-04-00-023-000

And for a judgment upon two Notes executed to Plaintiff by Reynaldo McLat, now deceased.

The relief demanded is a judgment against the subject real estate in the amount of $55,693.41 plus interest at the rate of 6.3750% per annum from March 1, 2020 and $6,742.32 plus interest at the rate of 6.450% per annum from March 1, 2020 until paid, plus late fees; judgment for title costs, costs for protecting the real estate and for court costs; that said mortgage may be foreclosed and the said real estate described herein be sold at Sheriff’s Sale and the proceeds of said sale applied for payment of plaintiff’s claims; further that Defendants be required to answer setting forth their claims or interests in the subject real estate, if any, or forever be barred from claiming or asserting same; and for such other and further relief to which plaintiff may be entitled.

You are required to answer the Complaint within twenty-eight (28) days after the last publication of this notice, which will be published once a week for 6 (six) consecutive weeks, with the last publication to be made on the 14th day of September, 2022.

In case of your failure to answer or otherwise respond as permitted by the Ohio Rules of Civil Procedure within the time stated, judgment by default will be rendered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
