Seven Seventeen Credit Union, Inc., 3181 Larchmont Avenue, NE, Warren, OH 44483, Plaintiff v Unknown Estate of James P. Corfman, Deceased, et al. Defendants.
Unknown Estate of James P. Corfman, Deceased; Unknown Executor of the Estate of James P. Corfman, Deceased, Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Beneficiaries, Legatees of James P. Corfman, Deceased and their Unknown Spouses and Creditors and Unknown Spouse, if any, of Darlene L. Corfman, whose current addresses are Unknown, will take notice that on March 9, 2022, Seven Seventeen Credit Union, Inc. filed its Complaint for Foreclosure (IN REM) in Case No. 2022 CV 00336 in the Court of Common Pleas Portage County, Ohio, alleging that the Defendants, have or claim to have an interest in the real estate described below:
1623 Mahoning Road, Deerfield, OH 44411, PPN 08-069-00-00-001-001.
The legal description may be obtained from the Portage County Auditor at 449 S. Meridian St., 5th Floor, Portage County Administration Building, Ravenna, Ohio 44266. (330) 297-3561.
Plaintiff further alleges that by reason by default in the payment of a promissory note, the conditions of that certain mortgage dated December 8, 2015 and recorded on December 11, 2015, under Document No. 201519600, in the Official Records of Portage County, Ohio, given to secure the payment of said note and conveying the premises described, have been broken and the same has been absolute.
The Plaintiff prays that the Defendants named above be required to answer and set up their interest in said real estate or be forever barred from asserting the same, for foreclosure of said mortgage, the marshaling of any liens, and the sale of said real estate, and the proceeds of said sale applied to the payment of Petitioner’s claim in the property order of its priority, and for such other and further relief as is just and equitable.
The Defendants named above are required to answer on or before the July 21, 2022
