Neighborhood Development Services, Inc., Plaintiff vs. Sheryl L. Smiley, et al., Defendants.

Unknown Spouse, if any of Sheryl L. Smiley whose last place of residence is 4361 Hayes Road, Ravenna, OH 44266 and 537 Maple Street, Ravenna, Ohio 44266, The Unknown Heirs at Law or Under the Will, if any, of Sheryl L. Smiley, Deceased whose last place of residence is Address Unknown, but whose present place of residence is unknown will take notice that on March 8, 2022 KeyBank National Association filed its Answer and Cross Claim in Case No. 2021CV00633 in the Court of Common Pleas Portage County, Ohio alleging that the Defendants Unknown Spouse, if any of Sheryl L. Smiley, The Unknown Heirs at Law or Under the Will, if any, of Sheryl L. Smiley, Deceased have or claim to have an interest in the real estate described below:

Permanent Parcel Number: 29-364-13-00-004-000, 29-364-13-00-003-000, 29-364-13-00-002-000, 29-364-13-00-001-000; Property Address: 4361 Hayes Road, Ravenna, OH 44266. The legal description may be obtained from the Portage County Auditor at 449 South Meridian Street, 5th Floor, Portage County Admin. Building, Ravenna, Ohio 44266, 330-297-3561.

The Defendant KeyBank National Association further alleges that by reason of default of the Defendants in the payment of a promissory note, according to its tenor, the conditions of a concurrent mortgage deed given to secure the payment of said note and conveying the premises described, have been broken, and the same has become absolute.

The Defendant KeyBank National Association prays that the Defendants named above be required to answer and set up their interest in said real estate or be forever barred from asserting the same, for foreclosure of said mortgage, the marshalling of any liens, and the sale of said real estate, and the proceeds of said sale applied to the payment of Defendants Claim in the proper order of its priority, and for such other and further relief as is just and equitable.

The Defendants named above are required to answer on or before June 28, 2022.
