Defendant(s), Jerry A McKenzie And Jane Doe, Real Name Unknown, the Unknown Spouse, if any of Jerry A. McKenzie, whose last known address is 2130 Bonner Rd, Deerfield, OH 44411, John G McKenzie, whose last known address is 2130 Bonner Rd, Deerfield, OH 44411 And John Doe, Real Name Unknown, the Unknown Spouse, if any, of Angie McKenzie, whose last known address is 2130 Bonner Rd, Deerfield, OH 44411, will take notice that on March 22, 2022,The Huntington National Bank Successor by Merger to Sky Bank Successor by Merger to Perpetual State Bank, filed its Complaint in Case Number 2022CV00219, Portage County, Ohio, alleging that the defendant(s), Jerry A McKenzie, Jane Doe , Real Name Unknown, the Unknown Spouse, if any of Jerry A. McKenzie, John G McKenzie And John Doe, Real Name Unknown, the Unknown Spouse, if any, of Angie McKenzie, have or claim to have an interest in the real estate described below:

 

Premises commonly known as: 2130 Bonner Rd, Deerfield, OH 44411 Parcel No.: 08-063-00-00-017-001.

The Plaintiff further alleges that by reason of default in the payment of the promissory note, according to its tenor, the conditions of a concurrent mortgage deed given to secure the payment of said note and conveying the premises described, have been broken and the same has become absolute.

The Plaintiff demands that the Defendant named above be required to answer and set up their interest in said real estate or be forever barred from asserting the same, for foreclosure of said mortgage, the marshaling of any liens, and the sale of said real estate, and the proceeds of said sale applied to the payment of Plaintiff's claim in the proper order of its priority and for such other and further relief as is just and equitable.

Said above named Defendant will further take notice that they are required to answer the Complaint on or before June 14, 2022.
