FIG as Custodian for FIG OH18, LLC and Secured Party, Plaintiff vs. Jeffrey L. Staats , et al., Defendants.

Jeffrey L. Staats And Mary L. Staats , whose last known address is 263 Myrtle Street, Ravenna , OH 44266, will take notice that on June 7, 2021, FIG as Custodian for FIG OH18, LLC and Secured Party, filed its Complaint against them and others in the Common Pleas Court of Portage County, Ohio, being Case No. 2021 CV 00342, alleging that the Defendants Jeffrey L. Staats And  Mary L. Staats, have or claim to have an interest in the real estate described below:

 

Premises commonly known as 263 Myrtle Street, Ravenna, OH 44266

Parcel No.: 31-366-10-00-147-000.

The Plaintiff further alleges that by reason of default in the payment of the promissory note, according to its tenor, the conditions of a concurrent mortgage deed given to secure the payment of said note and conveying the premises described, have been broken and the same has become absolute.

The Plaintiff demands that the Defendant named above be required to answer and set up their interest in said real estate or be forever barred from asserting the same, for foreclosure of said mortgage, the marshaling of any liens, and the sale of said real estate, and the proceeds of said sale applied to the payment of Plaintiff's claim in the proper order of its priority and for such other and further relief as is just and equitable.

Said above named Defendant will further take notice that they are required to answer the Complaint on or before August 24, 2021.
