Steven R. Ramsey, Trustee of the Steven R. Ramsey Revocable Trust dated December 3, 2008, whose last known address are 1327 State Route 44, Atwater, OH 44201 and 4466 Forest Brooke Court N, Richfield, OH 44286, will take notice that on November 5, 2020, FIG as Custodian for FIG OH18, LLC, filed its Complaint against him in the Common Pleas Court of Portage County, Ohio, being Case No. 2020 CV 00686, alleging that the Defendant has or claims to have an interest in the real estate described below:

Premises commonly known as 1327 State Route 44, Atwater, OH 44201.

Parcel No.: 28-046-00-00-009-005

The Plaintiff further alleges that by reason of default in the payment of the promissory note, according to its tenor, the conditions of a concurrent mortgage deed given to secure the payment of said note and conveying the premises described, have been broken and the same has become absolute.

The Plaintiff demands that the Defendant named above be required to answer and set up his interest in said real estate or be forever barred from asserting the same, for foreclosure of said mortgage, the marshaling of any liens, and the sale of said real estate, and the proceeds of said sale applied to the payment of Plaintiff's claim in the proper order of its priority and for such other and further relief as is just and equitable.

Said above named Defendant will further take notice that he required to answer the Complaint on or before July 13, 2021.
