Brimfield, Ltd., whose last known address is Unknown, will take notice that on March 19, 2021, Just Cricket Condominium Association, as Plaintiff, filed Complaint for Quiet Title, Adverse Possession in the Common Pleas Court of Portage County, Ohio, being Case No. 2021 CV 00152, that it has or may claim to have an interest in the real property described below:
Situated in the Township of Brimfield, Count of Portage and State of Ohio:
Known as and being part of Lot 36 in said township, being further bounded and described as follows, to wit:
Beginning at the Southwest corner of Lot 36; thence North 89 deg. 40' 00" East along the South line of said Lot 36, a distance of 540.00 feet to the Southeast corner of lands presently owned by M. E. and F. M. Andrusewicz (Vol. 757, Page 384) and the true place of beginning of the parcel of land hereinafter described; thence North 01 deg. 08' 00" West along the East line of said Andrusewicz land, a distance of 1613.33 feet to the Northeast corner of said Andrusewicz land; thence North 89 deg. 40' 00" East parallel to the South line of said Lot 36, a distance of 15.00 feet to a point; thence South 01 deg. 08' 00" East, a distance of 1613.33 feet to a point in the South line of Lot 36; thence South 89 deg. 40' 00" West along the South line of said Lot 36, a distance of 15.00 feet to the place of beginning and containing 0.556 acres of land, be the same more or less, as determined by Bruce J. Campbell, Registered Surveyor No. 5096, on June 3, 1981

Plaintiff, Just Cricket Condominium Association, alleges that Defendant has no interest in the subject property.

Plaintiff demands the named Defendant be required to answer and set up its interest in said real estate or forever be barred from asserting the same. Title to the subject property will be quieted in Plaintiff's name, free and clear of any interest of the Defendant.
Said above named Defendant will further take notice that it is required to answer the Complaint on or before the 20th day of July 2021.
