Shrewsberry, whose last place of residence is known as 7364 Peck Road, Ravenna, OH 44266 but whose present place of residence is Unknown, Chris Shrewsberry, whose last place of residence is known as 7364 Peck Road, Ravenna, OH 44266 but whose present place of residence is Unknown, Unknown Spouse, if any, of Chris Shrewsberry, whose last place of residence is known as 7364 Peck Road, Ravenna, OH 44266 but whose present place of residence is Unknown, Tina Shrewsberry aka Tina Vasbinder, whose last place of residence is known as 2331 Oakbrook Dr., Kokomo, IN 46902 but whose present place of residence is Unknown, and Kenneth James Vasbinder, whose last place of residence is known as 2331 Oakbrook Dr., Kokomo, IN 46902 but whose present place of residence is Unknown, will take notice that on November 30, 2020, U.S. Bank, National Association, as Indenture Trustee, for the CIM Trust 2016-2, Mortgage-Backed Notes, Series 2016-2 filed its Complaint in Case No. 2020 CV 00724 in the Court of Common Pleas Portage County, Ohio, alleging that the Defendants, Unknown Heirs at Law, Devisees, Legatees, Administrators, and Executors of the Estate of Charles W. Shrewsberry, Beulah D. Shrewsberry, Unknown Spouse, if any, of Beulah D. Shrewsberry, Chris Shrewsberry, Unknown Spouse, if any, of Chris Shrewsberry, Tina Shrewsberry aka Tina Vasbinder, and Kenneth James Vasbinder, have or claim to have an interest in the real estate described below:
7364 Peck Road, Ravenna, OH 44266, PPN #29-112-00-00-015-000
The legal description may be obtained from the Portage County Auditor at 449 S. Meridian St., 5th Floor, Portage County Administration Building, Ravenna, Ohio 44266. (330) 297-3561.
The Petitioner further alleges that by reason of default of the Defendants in the payment of a promissory note, according to its tenor, the conditions of a concurrent mortgage deed given to secure the payment of said note and conveying the premises described, have been broken, and the same has become absolute.
The Petitioner prays that the Defendants named above be required to answer and set up their interest in said real estate or be forever barred from asserting the same, for foreclosure of said mortgage, the marshaling of any liens, and the sale of said real estate, and the proceeds of said sale applied to the payment of Petitioner’s claim in the property order of its priority, and for such other and further relief as is just and equitable.
The Defendants named above are required to answer on or before the March 30, 2021
