Kondaur Capital Corporation, not it its individual capacity but solely in its capacity as Separate Trustee of Matawin Ventures Trust Series 2020-1, 333 S. Anita Drive, Suite 400, Orange, CA 92868, Plaintiff vs. Unknown Executors, Administrators, Devisees, Beneficiaries, Heirs, Unknown Spouses of Devisee, Beneficiaries and Heirs and Creditors of Ruth L. Beyers, et al., Defendants.
Unknown Executors, Administrators, Devisees, Beneficiaries, Heirs, Unknown Spouses of Devisee, Beneficiaries and Heirs and Creditors of Ruth L. Beyers, et al., whose last known places of residence are Unknown, each of you will take notice that on November 10, 2020, Kondaur Capital Corporation, not it its individual capacity but solely in its capacity as Separate Trustee of Matawin Ventures Trust Series 2020-1, as Plaintiff, filed its Complaint for Foreclosure in the Common Pleas Court of Summit County, Ohio, being Case No. 2020 CV 00694, alleging that there is due to the Plaintiff the principal amount of $176,625.13 together with interest at the rate of 5.2700% from December 3, 2017, other fee charges in the amount of $2,770.45 and court costs, applicable to the terms of the Promissory Note secured by a Mortgage on the real property, which has a street address of 1220 Morrow Road, Kent, Ohio 44240. A full description can be obtained from the Portage County Auditor's Office at 449 S. Meridian St., Ravenna, OH 44266.
Plaintiff further alleges that by reason of a default in said Promissory Note, the conditions of said Note and Mortgage have been broken and the same has become absolute.
Plaintiff prays that the Defendants named above be required to answer and assert any interest in said real estate or be forever barred from asserting any interest therein, for foreclosure of said mortgage, marshaling of liens, and the sale of said real property, and that the proceeds of said sale be applied according to law.
Said above named Defendants will further take notice that they are required to answer the Complaint on or before the 26th day of January 2021.
