Wright, whose Identities and Addresses are Unknown, will take notice that on August 23, 2017, Dollar Bank, Federal Savings Bank, filed its Complaint in Case Number 2017 CV 00727, Portage County, Ohio, alleging that the Defendants, Jon Wright And Jane Doe, Real Name Unknown, The Unknown Spouse, If any, of Jon Wright, whose last known Addresses are Unknown, Joe Wright And Ashley Wright, whose last known Addresses are Unknown, Emily Wright And John Doe, Real Name Unknown, The Unknown Spouse, If any, of Emily Wright, whose Addresses are Unknown, Natalie Wright And John Doe, Real Name Unknown, The Unknown Spouse, If any, of Natalie Wright, whose Addresses are Unknown, Nicole Wright And John Doe, Real Name Unknown, The Unknown Spouse, If any, of Nicole Wright, whose Addresses are Unknown And John Doe and/or Jane Doe, Real Name Unknown, the Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Legatees, Administrators, Executors and Assigns of Dennis R. Wright, whose Identities and Addresses are Unknown, have or claim to have an interest in the real estate described below.

The Plaintiff further alleges that by reason of default in the payment of the promissory note, according to its tenor, the conditions of a concurrent mortgage deed given to secure the payment of said note and conveying the premises described, have been broken and the same has become absolute.
The Plaintiff demands that the Defendants named above be required to answer and set up their interest in said real estate or be forever barred from asserting the same, for foreclosure of said mortgage, the marshaling of any liens, and the sale of said real estate, and the proceeds of said sale applied to the payment of Plaintiff's claim in the proper order of its priority and for such other and further relief as is just and equitable.
Said above named Defendants will further take notice that their required to answer the Complaint on or before the November 21, 2017.
