Bank of New York Mellon Trust Company, N.A., as Trustee for Mortgage Assets Management Series I Trust, c/o Celink, 2900 Esperanza Crossing, Austin, TX 78758, Plaintiff v The Unknown Heirs at Law, Devisees, Legatees, Administrators and Executors of the Estate of Carolyn M. MacGeorge, deceased, et al. Defendants.
The Unknown Heirs at Law, Devisees, Legatees, Administrators and Executors of the Estate of Carolyn M. MacGeorge, whose last places of residence are unknown and Unknown Spouse, if any, of Carolyn M. MacGeorge, whose last place of residence is known as 9366 Diagonal Road, Mantua, OH 44255, but whose present place of residence is unknown will take notice that on October 21, 2019, Bank of New York Mellon Trust Company, N.A., as Trustee for Mortgage Assets Management Series I Trust filed its Complaint in Case No. 2019 CV 00815 in the Court of Common Pleas Portage County, Ohio, alleging that the Defendants, have or claim to have an interest in the real estate described below:
9366 Diagonal Road, Mantua, OH 44255, PPN #33-095-00-00-001-000
The legal description may be obtained from the Portage County Auditor at 449 S. Meridian St., 5th Floor, Portage County Administration Building, Ravenna, Ohio 44266. (330) 297-3561.
The Petitioner further alleges that by reason of default of the Defendant in the payment of a promissory note, according to its tenor, the conditions of a concurrent mortgage deed given to secure the payment of said note and conveying the premises described, have been broken, and the same has become absolute.
The Petitioner prays that the Defendant named above be required to answer and set up their interest in said real estate or be forever barred from asserting the same, for foreclosure of said mortgage, the marshaling of any liens, and the sale of said real estate, and the proceeds of said sale applied to the payment of Petitioner’s claim in the property order of its priority, and for such other and further relief as is just and equitable.
The Defendants named above are required to answer on or before the February 26, 2020
