The Huntington National Bank, Successor by Merger to FirstMerit Bank, N.A., Plaintiff vs. Mary A. Stiles, et al., Defendants.
Mary A. Stiles And John Doe, Real Name Unknown, The Unknown Spouse, If any, of Mary A. Stiles, whose last known address is 642 Edmond Drive, Streetsboro, OH 44241 And John Doe and/or Jane Doe, Real Names Unknown, The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Legatees, Administrators, Executors and Assigns of Mary A. Stiles, whose Identities and Addresses are Unknown, will take notice that on October 28, 2019, The Huntington National Bank, Successor by Merger to FirstMerit Bank, N.A., filed its Amended Complaint against them and others in the Common Pleas Court of Portage County, Ohio, being Case No. 2019 CV 00757, alleging that the Defendants, Mary A. Stiles And John Doe, Real Name Unknown, The Unknown Spouse, If any, of Mary A. Stiles, whose last known address is 642 Edmond Drive, Streetsboro, OH 44241 And John Doe and/or Jane Doe, Real Names Unknown, The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Legatees, Administrators, Executors and Assigns of Mary A. Stiles, have or claim to have an interest in the real estate described below:
Premises commonly known as 642 Edmond Drive, Streetsboro, OH 44241.
Permanent Parcel Number: 35-023-00-00-105-000
The Plaintiff further alleges that by reason of default in the payment of the promissory note, according to its tenor, the conditions of a concurrent mortgage deed given to secure the payment of said note and conveying the premises described, have been broken and the same has become absolute.
The Plaintiff demands that the Defendants named above be required to answer and set up their interest in said real estate or be forever barred from asserting the same, for foreclosure of said mortgage, the marshaling of any liens, and the sale of said real estate, and the proceeds of said sale applied to the payment of Plaintiff's claim in the proper order of its priority and for such other and further relief as is just and equitable.
Said above named Defendants will further take notice that they are required to answer the Complaint on or before January 16, 2020.
