Box 1035, Ravenna, OH 44266, assigned Case No. 2018CV01016 and styled The Bank of New York Mellon f/k/a The Bank of New York successor in interest to JPMorgan Chase Bank, National Association, as Trustee for GSAMP Trust 2004-SEA2, Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2004-SEA2 vs. James G. Edwards, et al.
