Take notice that on February 25, 2021, Patricia R. Carter, Administrator of the Estate of James A. Lepera, deceased, filed a Complaint in the Probate Court of Portage County, Ohio alleging that the sale of the real estate is necessary to pay the decedent's debts; that the decedent was seized in fee simple of the following described real estate:

The following real property, situated in the Township of Suffield, County of Portage and State of Ohio:

Being a parcel of land in Suffield Township, Township Lot Number 24 and bounded and described as follows:

Beginning at an angle point in the center of County Highway Number 10 Randolph Road which bears Northeasterly 923.58 feet from its intersection with the center of State Route Number 43; thence continuing along the center of the first mentioned road North 50 degrees 41 minutes East 155.00 feet; thence South 53 degrees 47 minutes East 239.99 feet to an iron pipe; thence North 45 degrees 32 minutes East 136.04 feet to an iron pipe; thence South 58 degrees 13 minutes East 162.86 feet to an iron pipe; thence South 50 degrees 31 minutes West 275.00 feet to an iron pipe; thence North 58 degrees 13 minutes West 396.00 feet to the place of beginning containing 1.6931 acres of land, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways. The demand of the Complaint is for the sale of the premises for the purpose of paying the decedent's debts.
