Talmer Bank and Trust, Successor by Merger to First Place Bank, Plaintiff v Paul A. Borbely, et al. Defendants.
21st Homes, Inc., an Ohio Corporation, whose last known address is unknown, will take notice that on May 16, 2016, Talmer Bank and Trust, Successor by Merger to First Place Bank filed its Complaint in Case No. 2016 CV 00443 in the Court of Common Pleas Portage County, Ohio, alleging that there is due to the Plaintiff the sum of $171,094.01, plus interest at the rate of 6.50% per annum from May 4, 2016, plus late charges applicable to the terms of a Promissory Note secured by a Mortgage on the real property, which has a street address of 5297 Mill Creek Drive, Kent, Ohio 44240, being PPN: 04-009-10-00-040-018.
Plaintiff further alleges that by reason of default in the payment of said promissory note, the conditions of said mortgage have been broken, and the same has become absolute.
Plaintiff prays that the Defendant named above be required to answer and set up its interest in said real property or be forever barred from asserting any interest therein, for foreclosure of said mortgage, marshaling of liens, and the sale of said property, and that the proceeds of said sale be applied according to law.
The Defendant named above is required to answer on or before the September 6, 2016
