To: Unknown Spouse, if any, of Mitchell Randal Springston, Name Unknown, The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, their Spouses and Creditors, Legatees, and the Fiduciary of the Estate, and Spouse and Creditors of Nancy Ann McDowell, deceased, whose last known address is unknown; Eric McDowell, whose last known address is unknown; Unknown Spouse, if any, of Eric McDowell, Name Unknown, whose last known address is unknown; and The Unknown Heirs; Devisees; Legatees; their Spouses and Creditors; and the Fiduciary of the Estate of Anna L. Springston A/K/A Anna Lee Springston, deceased, and Spouse and Creditors of the decedent, whose last known address is unknown each of you will take notice that on the 12th day of February, 2016, Plaintiff, filed a Complaint for foreclosure in the Portage County Court of Common Pleas, 203 West Main Street, Ravenna, OH 44266, being Case No. 2016 CV 00127, alleging that there is due to the Plaintiff the sum of $29,924.25, plus accrued interest of $1,119.49, plus interest at 5.44% (variable) per annum from July 4, 2015, plus late charges and attorney fees applicable to the terms of a Line of Credit Agreement secured by a Mortgage on the real property, which has a street address of 9551 Ellen Drive, Streetsboro, OH 44241, being permanent parcel number PPN: 35-036-10-00-068-000

Plaintiff further alleges that by reason of a default in payment of said Line of Credit Agreement, the conditions of said Mortgage have been broken and the same has become absolute.

Plaintiff prays that the Defendants named above be required to answer and assert any interest in said real property or be forever barred from asserting any interest therein, for foreclosure of said mortgage, marshalling of liens, and the sale of said real property, and that the proceeds of said sale be applied according to law.

Said Defendants are required to file an Answer on or before the 9th day of May, 2016.
