Bank of America, N.A., Plaintiff vs. Richard J. Anthony, et al., Defendants.

Richard J. Anthony and Jane Doe, Unknown Spouse, if any, of Richard J. Anthony, whose last known address was4130 Pembroke Drive, Brimfield, OH 44240, will take notice that on August 27, 2014, Sterling Green of Portage County Homeowners Association, Inc. filed its Answer and Crossclaim in the Court of Common Pleas of Summit County, Ohio, alleging that there is due Defendant, Sterling Green of Portage County Homeowners Association, Inc. the sum of $4,077.85 in unpaid condominium maintenance fees and assessments plus subsequent unpaid fees, costs, and attorney fees, as owners of the property known as 4130 Pembroke Drive, Brimfield, OH 44240, being permanent parcel #04-031-20-00-004 and further described as being:

Situated in the Township of Brimfield, County of Portage and State of Ohio: And known as being Sublot 4 in Phase One of the Sterling Green Subdivision recorded in 2005- 121 of the Portage County Record of Plats. Together with an undivided interest in the common areas and facilities of said subdivision as set forth in the restrictive covenants as set forth in Instrument No. 200602077, Portage County Records, as the same may be amended from time to time, and subject further to the Declaration of Feature Amenity Easement as set forth in Instrument No. 200602078, Portage County Records, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.

Defendant, Sterling Green of Portage County Homeowners Association, Inc., prays that the defendants named above be required to answer and set forth their interest in said real estate or be forever barred from asserting the same, for foreclosure of Defendants Sterling Green of Portage County Homeowners Association, Inc.s condominium lien, marshalling of liens, and sale of said real estate, and the proceeds of said sale applied to the payment of plaintiff's claim in the proper order of its priority, and for such other relief as is just and equitable.

The defendants are required to answer within 28 days after last publication which shall be published once a week for three consecutive weeks.
