MTGLQ Investors LP, Plaintiff v Dean Myers, deceased and Candy S. Myers htta Candy Myers, et al. Defendants.

Unknown Heirs at Law, Devisees, Legatees, Executors and Administrators of Dean Myers, whose last places of residence are unknown, Candy S. Myers htta Candy Myers, whose last place of residence is known as 5741 Horning Road, Kent, OH 44240 but whose present place of residence is unknown and John or Jane Doe, unknown spouse, if any, of Candy S. Myers htta Candy Myers, whose last place of residence is known as 5741 Horning Road, Kent, OH 44240 but whose present place of residence is unknown, but whose present place of residence is unknown will take notice that on August 3, 2015, MTGLQ Investors LP filed its Complaint in Case No. 2015 CV 00615 in the Court of Common Pleas Portage County, Ohio, alleging that the Defendants, Unknown Heirs at Law, Devisees, Legatees, Executors and Administrators of Dean Myers, Candy S. Myers htta Candy Myers and John or Jane Doe, unknown spouse, if any, of Candy S. Myers htta Candy Myers have or claim to have an interest in the real estate described below:

Real estate known as 5741 Horning Road, Kent, OH 44240

PPN #12-016-10-00-028-000

The legal description may be obtained from the Portage County Auditor at 449 S. Meridian St., 5th Floor, Portage County Administration Building, Ravenna, Ohio 44266. (330) 297-3561.

The Petitioner further alleges that by reason of default of the Defendants in the payment of a promissory note, according to its tenor, the conditions of a concurrent mortgage deed given to secure the payment of said note and conveying the premises described, have been broken, and the same has become absolute.

The Petitioner prays that the Defendants named above be required to answer and set up their interest in said real estate or be forever barred from asserting the same, for foreclosure of said mortgage, the marshaling of any liens, and the sale of said real estate, and the proceeds of said sale applied to the payment of Petitioners claim in the property order of its priority, and for such other and further relief as is just and equitable.

The Defendants named above are required to answer on or before the January 4, 2016
