Talmer Bank and Trust Successor by Merger to First Place Bank, Plaintiff vs. Pete C. Veedmont, III, et al., Defendants.
Defendant, Annevar Estates Homeowners Association, Inc., whose last known address is P.O. Box 575, Ravenna, OH 44266, will take notice that on October 10, 2014, Talmer Bank and Trust Successor by Merger to First Place Bank, filed its Complaint against it and others in the Common Pleas Court of Summit County, Ohio, being Case No. 2014 CV 00822, alleging that the Defendant, Annevar Estates Homeowners Associaiton, has or claims to have an interest in the real estate described below.
Premises commonly known as: 1066 Susan Drive, Ravenna, Ohio 44266.
Permanent Parcel Number: 31-304-20-00-155-000.
The Plaintiff further alleges that by reason of default in the payment of the promissory note, according to its tenor, the conditions of a concurrent mortgage deed given to secure the payment of said note and conveying the premises described, have been broken and the same has become absolute.
The Plaintiff demands that the Defendant named above be required to answer and set up its interest in said real estate or be forever barred from asserting the same, for foreclosure of said mortgage, the marshaling of any liens, and the sale of said real estate, and the proceeds of said sale applied to the payment of Plaintiff's claim in the proper order of its priority and for such other and further relief as is just and equitable.
Said above named Defendant will further take notice that it is required to answer the Complaint on or before the 12th day of March, 2015.
