Willows of Walden Condominium Association, Plaintiff vs. Charlotte Marshall, et al., Defendants.
Charlotte Marshall and John Doe, Unknown Spouse, if any, of Charlotte Marshall, whose last known addresses are unknown, will take notice that on November 8, 2013, Willows of Walden Condominium Association, as Plaintiff, filed its Complaint against them in the Common Pleas Court of Portage County, Ohio, being Case No. 2013 CV 01087 alleging that there is due Plaintiff the sum of $3,474.25 in unpaid condominium maintenance fees and assessments plus subsequent unpaid fees, costs, and attorney fees, as owners of the property known as 550-13 Willow Circle, Aurora, Ohio 44202, being Permanent Parcel #03-012-00-00-097-000 and further described as being:
Situated in the City of Aurora, County of Portage, State of Ohio and known as being Unit No. 6-L and an undivided interest in the common areas and facilities of the Willows of Walden Condominium located in the City of Aurora, County of Portage and State of Ohio, as the same is shown of record upon the drawings of the Portage County Records of Plats, Plat Book 24, Page 4 and further declared in a condominium declaration filed on the 25th day of July, 1977 and recorded in Volume 943, Pages 271 through 364, Portage County Records of Deeds.
Plaintiff prays that the Defendants named above be required to answer and set forth their interest in said real estate or be forever barred from asserting the same, for foreclosure of Plaintiff's condominium lien, marshaling of liens, and sale of said real estate, and the proceeds of said sale applied to the payment of Plaintiff's claim in the proper order of its priority, and for such other relief as is just and equitable.
Said above named Defendants will further take notice that they are required to answer the Complaint on or before the 25th day of March, 2014.
