Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., as Trustee for Option One Mortgage Loan Trust 2001-D, Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2001-D, c/o American Home Mortgage Servicing, Inc., 4875 Belfort Road, Suite 130, Jacksonville, Florida 32256, Plaintiff vs. Dierre Senter, et al., Defendants.

Jane Doe, Unknown Spouse, if any, of Dierre Senter, whose last known address is 436 Noah Avenue, Akron, OH 44320-2008 and 1053 Ray Street, Akron, Ohio 44306-2946, but whose address other than as set forth is unknown and cannot with the exercise of reasonable diligence be ascertained, and upon whom service of summons cannot be had in the State of Ohio, will take notice that on January 19, 2011, Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., as Trustee for Option One Mortgage Loan Trust 2001-D, Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2001-D, as Plaintiff, filed its Complaint against her and others in the Common Pleas Court of Summit County, Ohio, being Case No. CV2011 01 0377, demanding judgment against the defendants, Dierre Senter, et al. in the sum of $68,795.63 plus interest at the rate of 5% per annum from September 1, 2010, due on a promissory note; that the mortgage deed on the following described real estate:

given to secure said note be foreclosed; that the defendant named herein be required to answer and set up any claim that they may have in said premises or be forever barred, that the Plaintiff be found to have a first lien on said premises for this amount so owing; that said premises be ordered appraised, advertised and sold according to law, and that from the proceeds the plaintiff be paid the amount found due it, including all costs and advances; and for such other and further relief as equity entitled it to receive.

Said above named defendant will further take notice that she is required to answer the Complaint on or before the 11th day of August, 2011.
