Nationstar Mortgage LLC dba Champion Mortgage of Ohio, Plaintiff vs. John Doe and/or Jane Doe, Real Names Unknown, the Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Legatees, Administrators, Executors and Assigns of Terry L. Chambers, Deceased, et al., Defendants.

John Doe and/or Jane Doe, Real Names Unknown, the Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Legatees, Administrators, Executors and Assigns of Terry L. Chambers, Deceased, whose Identities and Addresses are Unknown, Katherine Smith and Steve Smith, whose last known address is 4860 Front Street, Ravenna, OH 44266, will take notice that on August 9, 2018, Nationstar Mortgage LLC dba Champion Mortgage of Ohio, filed its Complaint against its and others in the Common Pleas Court of Portage County, Ohio, being Case No. 2018 CV 00653, alleging that the Defendants John Doe and/or Jane Doe, Real Names Unknown, the Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Legatees, Administrators, Executors and Assigns of Terry L. Chambers, Deceased, Katherine Smith and Steve Smith, have or claim to have an interest in the real estate described below:

 

Premises commonly known as 3156 State Route 303, Mantua, Ohio 44255

Permanent Parcel Number: 33-095-10-00-001-000.

 

The Plaintiff further alleges that by reason of default in the payment of the promissory note, according to its tenor, the conditions of a concurrent mortgage deed given to secure the payment of said note and conveying the premises described, have been broken and the same has become absolute.

The Plaintiff demands that the Defendants named above be required to answer and set up their interest in said real estate or be forever barred from asserting the same, for foreclosure of said mortgage, the marshaling of any liens, and the sale of said real estate, and the proceeds of said sale applied to the payment of Plaintiff's claim in the proper order of its priority and for such other and further relief as is just and equitable.

Said above named Defendants will further take notice that they are required to answer the Complaint on or before October 26, 2018.
