Putnam and their unknown spouses and creditors; the unknown executor, administrator, or personal representative of the Estate of Margaret L. Putnam; and, the unknown spouse of Margaret L. Putnam, whose last known address is Unknown, will take notice that on September 29, 2017, Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. filed its Complaint in the Court of Common Pleas, Portage County, Ohio, Case No. 2017CV00845. The object of, and demand for relief in, the Complaint is to foreclose the lien of Plaintiff's mortgage recorded upon the real estate described below and in which Plaintiff alleges that the foregoing defendants have or claim to have an interest:
