Case No. 2021 CV 00081.
Seven Seventeen Credit Union, Inc., 3181 Larchmont Avenue, NE, Warren, OH 44483, Plaintiff vs. Steven A. Sabo aka Stephen A. Sabo, et al., Defendants.
Hinton Production Co., whose last known address is Unknown, will take notice that on February 11, 2021, Seven Seventeen Credit Union, Inc., as Plaintiff, filed its Complaint in Foreclosure (IN REM) in the Common Pleas Court of Portage County, Ohio, being Case No. 2021 CV 00081 alleging that the Defendant above, among others, has or claims to have an interest in the real estate located at 7749 Infirmary Road, Ravenna, Ohio 44266, PPN: 29-104-00-00-012-000. A complete legal description may be obtained with the Portage County Auditor's Office located at 449 S. Meridian Street, Ravenna, OH 44266.
Plaintiff further alleges that by reason by default in the payment of a promissory note, the conditions of that certain mortgage dated July 30, 2010 and recorded on August 5, 2010, under Document No. 201012571, in the Official Records of Portage County, Ohio, given to secure the payment of said note and conveying the premises described, have been broken and the same has been absolute.
The Defendant named above is required to answer within twenty-eight (28) days after last publication, which shall be published once a week for three (3) consecutive weeks, or it might be denied a hearing in this case.
