Arvest Central Mortgage Company, Plaintiff vs. Shawn Fore, et al., Defendants.

Daniel Friend and Renea Friend, whose last known address is 554 Essex Street, Akron, OH 44306, Troy Friend and Jane Doe, Real Name Unknown, the Unknown Spouse, if any, of Troy Friend, whose last known address is 2549 Royal County Down, Apt. D, Uniontown, OH 44685, Ryan Victor, whose last known addresses are 164 Belvedere Avenue, SE, Warren, OH 44483 and 760 Shadow Lane, SE, Warren, OH 44484 and TD Auto Finance LLC, whose last known address is 4600 Touchton Road, Suite 400, Jacksonville, FL 32216, will take notice that on December 16, 2020, Arvest Central Mortgage Company, filed its Complaint against them and others in the Common Pleas Court of Portage County, Ohio, being Case No. 2020 CV 00753, alleging that the Defendants, Daniel Friend and Renea Friend, Troy Friend and Jane Doe, Real Name Unknown, the Unknown Spouse, if any, of Troy Friend, Ryan Victor and TD Auto Finance LLC, have or claim to have an interest in the real estate described below:

 

Premises commonly known as 6291 Bridge St., Ravenna, OH 44266

Parcel No.: 29-308-20-00-107-000.

 

The Plaintiff further alleges that by reason of default in the payment of the promissory note, according to its tenor, the conditions of a concurrent mortgage deed given to secure the payment of said note and conveying the premises described, have been broken and the same has become absolute.

The Plaintiff demands that the Defendants named above be required to answer and set up their interest in said real estate or be forever barred from asserting the same, for foreclosure of said mortgage, the marshaling of any liens, and the sale of said real estate, and the proceeds of said sale applied to the payment of Plaintiff's claim in the proper order of its priority and for such other and further relief as is just and equitable.

Said above named Defendants will further take notice that they are required to answer the Complaint on or before April 8, 2021.
