Chemical Bank, Successor by Merger to Talmer Bank and Trust, Successor by Merger to First Place Bank, Plaintiff vs. Stephen W. Moore, et al., Defendants.

Stephen W. Moore and Unknown Spouse, if any, of Stephen W. Moore, Name Unknown, you will take notice that on January 31, 2017, Chemical Bank, Successor by Merger to Talmer Bank and Trust, Successor by Merger to First Place Bank filed a Complaint for foreclosure in the Portage County Court of Common Pleas, 203 West Main Street, Ravenna, OH 44266, being Case No. 2017 CV 00098 in the Court of Common Pleas, Portage County, Ohio, alleging that there is due to the Plaintiff the sum of $91,517.82, plus interest at 6.25% per annum from August 1, 2016, plus late charges and attorney fees applicable to the terms of a Promissory Note secured by a Mortgage on the real property, which has a street address of 440 South Freedom Street, Ravenna, OH 44266, being permanent parcel number Parcel No.: 31-366-23-00-106-000. Plaintiff further alleges that by reason of a default in payment of said Promissory Note, the conditions of said Mortgage have been broken and the same has become absolute. Plaintiff prays that the Defendant named above be required to answer and assert any interest in said real property or be forever barred from asserting any interest therein, for foreclosure of said mortgage, marshalling of liens, and the sale of said real property, and that the proceeds of said sale be applied according to law.

The Defendants named above are required to answer on or before November 16, 2017.
