Box 1035, Ravenna, OH 44266, assigned Case No. 2018CV01016 and styled The Bank of New York Mellon f/k/a The Bank of New York successor in interest to JPMorgan Chase Bank, National Association, as Trustee for GSAMP Trust 2004-SEA2, Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2004-SEA2 vs. James G. Edwards, et al. The object of, and demand for relief in, the Complaint is to foreclose the lien of Plaintiff's mortgage recorded upon the real estate described below and in which Plaintiff alleges that the foregoing defendants have or claim to have an interest:
